Lead the full lifecycle of a mission-critical Data Center development in Chile. Oversee on-site and off-site construction, manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors, ensure compliance with local building codes, safety ESG policies, and global standards, and coordinate with engineering/commissioning partners to deliver a high-performance facility that meets uptime and scalability expectations.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site and off-site, ensuring compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and ESG policies.
•Manage general contractors, specialist subcontractors (MEP, structural, envelope, electrical systems), and design consultants.
•Review and approve technical documentation, including IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, QA/QC plans, and commissioning scripts.
•Develop and execute construction strategies, master schedules, logistics plans, and cost baselines tailored to mission-critical environments.
•Lead risk assessments, integrate safety by design, and ensure all construction phases meet global EHS guidelines.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
•Minimum 15 years of experience of large-scale construction management experience, with at least 8 years specifically as a construction manager in data center construction with equivalent project budget (500M USD or above).
•Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with thorough understanding of data center infrastructure (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
•Fluency in English and Spanish required.
