Job Summary

Lead the development of Anduril’s Simulation Trainer within the Air Defense team by defining product vision and driving the end-to-end lifecycle from requirements gathered with military operators to hands-on delivery of new simulation capabilities. Key Responsibilities

•Articulate a clear product vision and own the technical strategy for our simulation product, from core infrastructure to end-user experience.
•Embed with operators to gather requirements and translate needs into a unified, prioritized product roadmap, including direct engagement with military operators in the field.
•Listen to the developer community to identify pain points on the Lattice platform and assess impact on simulation experience.
•Decompose ambiguous problems into concrete technical plans, scope features, plan sprints, and drive end-to-end execution.
•Build consensus among diverse stakeholders and communicate technical details in business terms, navigating military requirements, security constraints, and rapid deployment timelines.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in product development for complex software systems (robotics, simulation, training systems, or mission-critical defense applications), with at least 3 years in hands-on product management
•Robust technical aptitude with ability to understand designs, lifecycle, architectural tradeoffs, and risks; comfortable working with engineering teams
•Familiarity with concepts like kinematic modeling, sensor physics, and real-time distributed systems
•Demonstrated ability to decompose complex problems into addressable components and drive cross-functional momentum
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with travel up to 25% of the time
