Project Manager

Oversee end-to-end AV systems integration projects, ensuring delivery against time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Programming, Fabrication & Installation, customers, and third parties. Own project scheduling, risk management, change orders, status reporting, and quality verification, while maintaining strong customer relationships. Travel to job sites as needed and communicate issues and potential financial impacts to management promptly.
