Job Summary

Provide civil engineering expertise and technical oversight within the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for ADNOC oil and gas projects. Review and approve EPC contractor deliverables, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, international codes, and regulations. Support execution from FEED through detailed engineering, construction, commissioning, and handover while ensuring safety, quality, cost-effectiveness, and schedule adherence.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and approve civil and structural engineering deliverables prepared by EPC contractors and engineering consultants.
•Ensure designs comply with ADNOC standards, project specifications, international codes, and industry best practices.
•Provide technical guidance and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and interface concerns.
•Oversee civil and structural design deliverables including calculations, specifications, drawings, and material submittals (e.g., foundations, pipe racks, buildings, roads, drainage, utilities, retaining structures).
•Support construction, commissioning, and handover by reviewing site methodologies and resolving field engineering issues and non-conformances (NCRs).
