Key Responsibilities

  • •Build trusted customer relationships by understanding business and operational needs and aligning technical and business objectives.
  • •Propose complete, coherent solutions aligned with BU strategy and performance goals (quality, cost, timelines, risks).
  • •Support client technology and organizational transformations with strategic guidance beyond basic technical support.
  • •Contribute to the bid/pre-sales lifecycle: define IT or managed service solutions with architects and bid managers, validate that the solution meets customer requirements, and help craft response strategies.
  • •Support delivery: secure critical project start phases with the Program Manager, ensure high-quality service implementation, and create action plans for projects facing difficulties.

Key Requirements

  • •University or engineering degree (formation universitaire ou ingénieur).
  • •15 years of experience, including 5 to 10 years as an architect, consultant, solution manager and/or bid manager, ideally in a digital services company (ESN).
  • •Strong business mindset and technical expertise in managed services/infogérance and cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, orchestration).
  • •Solid technical foundations across networks, security, storage, and applications/software.
  • •Working knowledge of data & AI: SQL, Python, visualization tools, data pipelines, data governance, MLOps, and frameworks, plus strong customer-facing communication in English and Agile environments.
