Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Store Manager and/or Associate Store Manager in achieving Levi’s Store Iconic status by supporting team development and operational excellence.
  • •Assume responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Associate Store Manager.
  • •Be accountable for operational results including payroll management, cash handling, and inventory control, and ensure operational standards are met.
  • •Recruit, screen, train, coach, and develop store staff; support onboarding on LS&Co culture, product knowledge, and selling practices.
  • •Execute visual presentation standards, recommend merchandising adaptations, recruit for stylist positions, and handle minor employee relations issues.

Key Requirements

  • •3 years progressively responsible retail leadership experience.
  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •Experience supervising, coaching, and training sales associates.

  • •Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly and exercise discretion, judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
