Job Summary

Lead a team delivering transfer and deconversion implementation services for Card Issuing clients within Fiserv’s Optis processing environment. Partner with clients, project managers, product owners, and technology teams to plan, execute, and close implementations end-to-end—covering requirements review, data migration, testing, conversion support, and production readiness. Own delivery execution, risk management, process controls, status updates, and continuous improvement to improve efficiency, quality, and client outcomes.

•Manage and develop team members, including coaching, performance feedback, goal setting, workforce planning, and development activities.
•Assign work, set priorities, monitor deliverables, and ensure execution aligns with timelines and service expectations.
•Plan, execute, and close implementation activities in partnership with clients, project managers, product owners, and technology teams.
•Oversee portfolio transfer and deconversion efforts including requirements review, data migration, file delivery, testing, conversion support, and production readiness.

•6+ years evaluating technical requirements and resolving implementation issues using structured analysis.
•Bachelor’s degree and/or an equivalent combination of education, work history, and military experience.
