Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support to clients on-site and remotely to meet complex solution requirements.
  • •Compile clear technical specifications explaining options and tradeoffs, and create alternative backup solutions.
  • •Escalate unresolved and complex problems to the appropriate third parties and respond to escalated client requests.
  • •Write reports and proposals, maintain project documentation, and assist with documenting standard operating procedures for installations and fixes.
  • •Coordinate activities of junior engineers toward performance targets and coach/mentor more junior Implementation Engineers and Technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Seasoned understanding of technical design and business principles, with proven ability to execute installations and assignments across one or more domains (Networking, Data Centre, Security, Collaboration, Customer Experience, End User Compute).
  • •Valid CCNP Voice/Collaboration Certification required.
  • •Seasoned experience engaging with clients, conducting presentations, and writing reports with strong project administration fundamentals.
  • •Relevant collaboration experience in enterprise deployments (e.g., Cisco Unified Communications Manager/Cisco Unity Connection/UC Manager integration, provisioning and bulk administration).
  • •Relevant networking/security/cloud know-how, including design/implementation experience and knowledge of systems such as VMware/Cisco UCS and virtualization-related tooling.
