Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute an installations tracking process, including prospect tracking, customer inquiry support, quote questions, and scheduling walk-throughs, installs, and inspections.
  • •Develop and manage the permitting process for each project.
  • •Maintain and report on scheduled installs, coordinating with install teams, permits, and inspection stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate with warehouse and installation teams to allocate the right equipment, materials, and team members to projects.
  • •Create process documentation and training materials, participate in business system selection/configuration, and use feedback to monitor service quality.
