Key Responsibilities

•Build, document, and continuously improve processes, workflows, and checklists to help the Performance Marketing team operate efficiently and consistently.
•Execute paid media campaigns for EMEA across channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube, StackAdapt, Demandbase, Meta, including campaign builds, trafficking, QA, and go-live checks.
•Monitor campaign performance daily and weekly and adjust bids, budgets, audiences, and creatives within agreed guardrails to improve efficiency and hit targets.
•Maintain campaign hygiene across platforms (e.g., naming conventions, URL parameters, negative lists, brand safety settings) and troubleshoot marketing technologies like advertising pixels and tracking parameters.
•Support experimentation and reporting by setting up A/B tests, pulling campaign data from multiple sources, and building monitoring dashboards and readouts.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
•3+ years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing (agency or in-house).
•Hands-on experience executing campaigns in at least two major digital channels (e.g., paid social, display/programmatic, video, or search).
•Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
•Comfort working with self-serve ad platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs) and ABM platforms like Demandbase.
