Key Responsibilities

•Scale loan operations end-to-end across loan campaigns, collateral listing/delisting, and parameter/pricing changes.
•Set quarterly campaign strategy and calendar, define mechanics/budgets/terms, and localize with regional teams.
•Own UAT for campaign logic and lead reliable launches using testing, staging verification, production checks, and change management.
•Chair cross-functional collateral workflows (intake → approval → rollout) and calibrate lending parameters with Risk/Treasury/Compliance/Legal.
•Maintain performance measurement (eFTD, active borrowers, AUM, ARPU, CAC/ROI) and publish weekly dashboards and post-mortems; monitor after go-live and lead incident response/rollback.

Key Requirements

•5–8 years in crypto/fintech/exchange operations or lending.
•Proven experience shipping multi-team launches (campaigns or listings) with rigorous UAT.
•Strong data skills: Excel/Sheets; working SQL (BigQuery/MySQL) for analysis; familiarity with Looker/Metabase/Tableau.
•Solid grasp of lending mechanics, including LTV/haircuts, liquidation, collateral valuation, and regional restrictions.
•Clear written communication with fluent English and Mandarin.
