Construction Project Leader

Oversee highway, bridge, and municipal projects for WisDOT and local clients, providing strategic planning and delivery across quality, schedule, and budget. Directly manage projects and team members in your WisDOT region, including hiring, mentoring, and growing capabilities. Prepare proposals to win work, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and serve as a liaison between management and clients on multi-disciplined projects.
