Job Summary

Execute basic and technical alteration services in the Tailor Shop, including hemming, patch and repair, tapering, and more detailed fitting/tailoring as needed for items beyond jeans. Provide strong customer service to elevate clients’ experience and educate/train store teams on Tailor Shop offerings and services. Also assist on the selling floor and fitting room as requested by store management while complying with all Levi’s policies and programs.
