Key Responsibilities

•Assist the supervisor in coordinating daily department responsibilities and ensuring instructions are carried out correctly.
•Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and notify the supervisor of needed maintenance.
•Assist with day-to-day debone operations, including monitoring shoulder cuts and mechanical issues with debones and meat supply.
•Set up the department area and help ensure USDA, production, and HACCP requirements are met.
•Relieve line personnel as needed, fill in for absenteeism, perform wash down at breaks, and maintain general housekeeping; fill in for the supervisor during absence.

Key Requirements

•At least six months of lead experience with a single employer within the last 12 months.
