Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand digital video and oversee production for assigned projects, including being on set.
  • •Manage or support the full production process from treatment through final delivery with supervision from the Executive Producer.
  • •Coordinate production schedules, travel, and call sheets, including managing load-in/strike as needed.
  • •Ensure creative stakeholders deliver treatments, outlines, and scripts on schedule and clearly communicate deadlines and schedule changes.
  • •Support post-production by collecting creative notes and ensuring deadlines are met across rough/fine cuts and final deliverables.
