Deposit Initiative Manager

Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic deposit and debit card initiatives for Consumer & Small Business Banking, aligning execution with growth, modernization, and client experience goals. Support an operating model across millions of accounts and dozens of deposit products by coordinating product, technology, operations, and risk efforts. Use knowledge of banking systems and channel platforms to analyze issues, develop short- and long-term plans, and consult on policies, processes, and regulatory or legislative project work.
