Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead business-process discovery across the FS value chain with senior client stakeholders, mapping current-state processes, identifying gaps, defining target operating models, quantifying outcomes, and sequencing transformation.
  • •Design end-to-end, platform-agnostic solution architectures connecting transformed processes to applications, data, risk, compliance, and reporting layers.
  • •Own qualified pipeline and revenue; manage pursuit cadence, develop proposals and pricing, and lead final solution presentations.
  • •Codify repeatable, outcome-based transformation offerings and accelerators across FS value-chain domains.
  • •Serve as delivery principal post-close with delivery oversight, orchestrating cross-domain solutions and ensuring continuity from sale through execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree, CPA, or CMA preferred.
  • •10+ years leading business-process and technology transformation in Financial Services/enterprise applications/consulting and/or 10+ years in Financial Services across multiple value-chain domains.
  • •Deep business-process fluency across the FS value chain, including diagnosing current-state processes, designing target operating models, and quantifying business outcomes.
  • •Solution architecture experience connecting business processes to the appropriate applications, data, and risk/compliance/reporting layers.
  • •Proven pre-sales and solutioning experience (discovery, estimating, proposal development, and leading final presentations), plus willingness to travel weekly.
