Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials Science, Physics, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • •Proven experience leading complex technical problem solving using data analysis, DOE, or structured methodologies.
  • •Proven track record leading multi-functional, multi-site initiatives and influencing team members to deliver measurable results.
