Assess and document vehicle cosmetic and mechanical conditions for appraisals to support accurate inventory management. Verify vehicle secures and confirmations, resolve appraisal discrepancies, and assist with lot merchandising, customer transfers, and onboarding while following CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct accurate vehicle assessments and document cosmetic and mechanical conditions for appraisal analysis.
•Ensure correct optioning of vehicles during assessments and inventory updates.
•Perform high-quality imaging of wholesale vehicles for CarMax websites and support wholesale auction preparation and operations.
•Complete vehicle secures and confirmations by verifying appraisal details and resolving discrepancies.
•Assist with inventory management, customer transfers, lot merchandising, onboarding, and maintain an organized work area while following EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.7 - 29.9 hourly
