Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data/Business Analysis, Data Science) or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •6 years of data & analytics experience, or 4+ years of data/analytics plus up to 2 years of progressive functional business experience for a total of 6 years (or an advanced quantitative degree with 4 years of experience).
  • •Advanced skills in mathematical and statistical techniques used for fact-based decision-making.
  • •Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools, data visualization, and writing queries/procedures in SQL; experience with SAS, BI tools, and other analysis software.
  • •Experience incorporating new/emerging datasets (data wrangling/munging) into insights and working with statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and generative AI.
