Job Summary

Partner with regional sales teams to drive new business by delivering technical expertise across the sales cycle. Conduct tailored product demonstrations, communicate value propositions through slides and whiteboards, and manage proof-of-concept and RFP responses. Answer customer functional and technical questions, analyze workflows and customer infrastructure interactions, and translate requirements to product management. Advocate for Freshworks solutions, collaborate with sales and client services, and train sales teams on product capabilities and new features.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with regional sales teams to convert prospects into customers.
•Prepare and deliver bespoke technical product demonstrations for meetings, webinars, and customer events.
•Develop product messaging via whiteboard and slide presentations, manage proof of concept, and support RFP responses.
•Respond to functional and technical customer questions, perform workflow analysis, and assess interactions between Freshworks and customer infrastructure.
•Collect and convey customer requirements to central product management, advocate for the brand, and train sales teams on the product suite.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant experience in technical solution engineering, preferably in an ITIL/ITSM domain or SaaS/software product environments.
•Experience with ITSM/ITIL methodologies and cloud-based infrastructure in a SaaS or technology product organization.
•Native-level written and oral communication skills in English and German.
•Experience working complex sales cycles for mid-market and enterprise segments.
•Strong senior stakeholder communication (including CxOs) with excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
