Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and operate AI systems for internal functions (agents, assistants, automations), owning solutions end-to-end.
  • •Build shared platform foundations: frameworks, knowledge-base pipelines, evaluation tooling, and reusable integrations.
  • •Partner with functional champions to understand workflows and turn automation opportunities into deployed solutions.
  • •Implement security guardrails and responsible-AI practices, including access control, data privacy, auditability, and human-in-the-loop where needed.
  • •Measure and improve system impact (adoption, quality, cost, time savings) while maintaining reliability, observability, and incident response.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering experience building and operating production systems end-to-end.
  • •Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered features, agents, or AI tooling to production.
  • •Strong integration experience with third-party SaaS APIs, internal services, and data pipelines.
  • •Solid grounding in system design, APIs, databases, and application architecture.
  • •Practical understanding of security and data-privacy constraints around AI systems.
