Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop advanced Autodesk Civil 3D models and complete civil/site design for roads, drainage, land development, utilities, and stabilization/restoration projects.
  • •Perform earthwork calculations and build existing-condition surfaces using LiDAR, DEMs, survey data, and breaklines.
  • •Manage coordinate systems, data transformations, and lifecycle data management for survey and client datasets.
  • •Create and manage 3D federated models using Autodesk and Bentley tools, including clash detection and ensuring LOD/COBie compliance.
  • •Consult on digital workflows and lead training/QA/QC for BIM/CAD standards across Autodesk and Bentley platforms while supporting integrations and data-flow mapping for client adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or eight (8) years in the AEC industry with BIM, VDC, or equivalent experience/education.
  • •Preferred 12 years of experience.
  • •Proficient in industry-standard design/construction software such as MicroStation, OpenRoads, Civil 3D, BIM360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Dynamo, Bentley iTwin/ProjectWise, Revit, Navisworks, InfraWorks, and GIS tools.
  • •Understanding of digital delivery workflows for infrastructure or building projects and comprehensive knowledge of industry standards.
  • •Professional Engineer or Architect license, with strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
