Job Summary

Build AI-native systems for a mobile-first AI Neobank, turning manual workflows into scalable, real-world automation. You’ll design AI-powered assistants, agents, and workflow pipelines across customer support, CRM, onboarding, and payments, connecting LLMs with product data, APIs, and knowledge bases. Own evaluation, monitoring, and fallback flows to ensure outputs are safe and reliable, then prototype quickly, test with users, and productionize what works.

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, agents, and automation systems.
•Apply AI across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, payments, operations, and internal tools.
•Partner with product and engineering teams to convert manual processes into scalable AI-native systems.
•Create integrations with LLMs, internal data, APIs, documents, knowledge bases, and business systems.
•Design evaluation, monitoring, and fallback flows; prototype, test with users/operators, and productionize what works.

Key Requirements

•Strong software engineering foundation, preferably with Python and backend systems.
•Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agents, RAG, workflow automation, or AI tools.
•Ability to connect AI systems with real product, data, and operational workflows.
•Good judgement on where AI helps versus rule-based systems or human review.
•Understand evaluation, accuracy, latency, cost, privacy, and failure modes.
