Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the analytics data strategy end-to-end, defining architecture for internal reporting, BI, agentic tooling, and experimentation and driving it into production.
  • •Drive the AI strategy behind internal tools by leading roadmaps for agentic/LLM-powered systems with trusted prompt/data standards and supporting infrastructure.
  • •Define and own the domain data strategy: metrics, underlying data, modeling/naming standards, and data ownership boundaries.
  • •Ensure consistency, accuracy, and speed in reporting and intelligence by building monitoring, testing, and reconciliation systems for trustworthy dashboards and datasets.
  • •Set the technical bar for the data organization with best practices in modeling, tooling, and data quality, mentoring as an IC lead to raise org-wide craft.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience as a data or software engineer building data warehouses, distributed data systems, or event-driven architectures.
  • •Design and implement data models using dimensional, Data Vault, or ledger-style techniques for analytical and transactional workloads.
  • •Hands-on expertise across ingestion (Kafka, Debezium), transformation (dbt, Spark, Flink), orchestration (Dagster, Airflow), and observability (Monte Carlo, Great Expectations).
