Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct QA/QC inspections and surveillance activities across assigned construction works.
  • •Verify construction compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, method statements, procedures, and applicable quality standards.
  • •Review and monitor contractor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, inspection requests, and supporting quality records; witness inspections and testing.
  • •Identify non-conforming work, support Non-Conformance Report (NCR) preparation, and monitor NCRs through corrective action and closure; escalate recurring issues.
  • •Support audits and quality closeout activities, including commissioning, punch-list closeout, handover documentation, and quality KPI/dashboard reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Relevant QA/QC engineering experience on construction, infrastructure, EPC, PMC, or major capital projects.
  • •Hands-on experience with site inspections, ITPs, inspection requests, quality documentation, and NCR management.
  • •Good understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
  • •Experience reviewing construction activities against approved drawings, specifications, and method statements, and managing corrective actions through closure.
