Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, providing human capital guidance aligned to business objectives and long-term growth.
  • •Lead the development and execution of people strategies, ensuring alignment between workforce priorities and organisational goals.
  • •Drive workforce planning, organisational design, operating model effectiveness, succession planning, and leadership pipeline initiatives.
  • •Embed performance management, champion employee engagement and culture transformation, and lead large-scale change and restructuring initiatives with risk management.
  • •Oversee complex employee relations matters, ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour legislation, and collaborate with Human Capital Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline; Master's or MBA highly regarded.
  • •Several years of senior HR Business Partnering or HR leadership experience within Human Capital.
  • •Proven success partnering with senior leaders to deliver people strategies that support business performance.
  • •Strong expertise in workforce planning, organisational development, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and change management.
  • •Solid understanding of UAE labour legislation, governance, compliance, and employee relations practices.
