Key Responsibilities

  • •Consistently meet or exceed individual quota.
  • •Develop and progress a sales pipeline through proactive outbound calling, follow-ups on inbound leads and online evaluations, and outbound marketing campaign follow-up.
  • •Communicate AspenTech’s value proposition by understanding engineering and process manufacturing terminology and the business problems solved by the solutions.
  • •Accurately forecast sales achievement and negotiate contracts and business terms.
  • •Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue, and assist in mentoring junior teammates.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 years in a lead development or sales role.
  • •Positive attitude, personal integrity, highly disciplined and organized, results-driven.
  • •Ability to work as a self-starter while being coached to achieve team goals.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Familiarity with Aspen or similar products and process industry knowledge; strong Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM (Salesforce) skills.
