Job Function: Executive & General Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform field inspections on projects of moderate scale, scope, and complexity and verify conformance with plans, specifications, and permits.
  • •Collect, compile, and analyze data from the work site, plans, blueprints, and drawings to support inspection activities and reporting.
  • •Use survey instruments and test equipment to assess site conditions and construction progress, ensuring alignment with design standards.
  • •Prepare technical reports summarizing inspection findings with photographs, calculations, and drawings for stakeholders.
  • •Provide guidance and training to entry-level inspection staff and coordinate with contractors and clients to schedule inspections and resolve issues.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma
  • •Minimum of 9 years of relevant post-education experience in discipline with prior construction inspection experience
  • •Have computer skills (to properly fill out daily and weekly reports) and also be capable of photo documentation with working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • •Essential professional licensure/certification(s)
  • •Valid state driver’s license
