Job Summary

Lead and deliver complex ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM and related modules. Gather requirements, architect scalable solutions, and provide technical leadership for junior consultants. Customize and configure ServiceNow using best practices while integrating with external systems via REST/SOAP and MID Servers. Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure security/compliance, while staying current with ServiceNow releases and supporting pre-sales solutioning.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM and other modules.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
•Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using best practices while maintaining platform integrity.
•Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers, including code reviews, performance tuning, and security/compliance adherence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
•5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
•Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
•Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
•Experience customizing/configuring ServiceNow and ensuring platform integrity (with security and compliance adherence).
