Key Responsibilities

•Set and execute the strategic vision for Rail & Transit in Western Canada, aligned with national and global business objectives.
•Lead and grow a high‑performing business, optimizing margins, utilization, cash flow, and long‑term profitability.
•Strengthen trusted client relationships with public‑sector agencies, private partners, and industry organizations.
•Champion business development efforts, positioning WSP for major rail and transit opportunities across Western Canada.
•Provide executive oversight of project delivery, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, risk management, and financial performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 295,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical discipline.
•20+ years of professional experience, including senior leadership roles within rail and transit.
•Demonstrated success leading complex, multi‑regional businesses with full P&L accountability.
•Deep understanding of railway operations, maintenance, and multimodal transportation systems.
•Proven track record of business growth, client development, and financial performance.
