Key Responsibilities

  • •Support PMO activities for a large-scale transit technology and fare payment modernization program.
  • •Coordinate meetings, workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder working groups; maintain action/decision/status logs.
  • •Gather and maintain business and functional requirements, including documentation and traceability materials.
  • •Act as liaison across agency stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and project teams to support governance and alignment.
  • •Support testing preparation, UAT coordination, defect/issue tracking, and deployment readiness/transition planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Transportation, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum five years of post-education experience as a Business Analyst, Project Analyst, PMO Analyst, or similar role.
  • •Experience supporting public transit agencies, transportation organizations, or large technology implementation programs.
  • •Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, document, validate, and maintain business and functional requirements.
  • •Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and working sessions, with proficiency using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
