Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute daily shipping and receiving activities aligned with operational priorities and schedules.
  • •Monitor and prioritize hot shipments using PowerBI to ensure urgent orders are processed on time.
  • •Prepare, stage, load, and label outbound shipments; create and maintain load sheets, shipment records, and documentation in AS400 and Vista.
  • •Schedule carrier pickups, coordinate loading times, and complete and verify shipping documentation (including BOLs, packing lists, and shipping orders).
  • •Receive incoming materials, verify against purchase orders, update inventory records, complete daily receiving close-out, and report shipping or inventory discrepancies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Forklift or pallet jack certification, or the ability to be trained upon hire.
  • •Basic computer skills and ability to navigate enterprise systems (AS400, Vista, PowerBI preferred).
  • •Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and schedules.
  • •Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs., and operate material handling equipment for extended periods.
