Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive portfolio financial performance (revenue, GM, and GM expansion) and provide report-outs to key stakeholders.
  • •Develop growth plans and a new product pipeline for lab consumables products based on customer needs and market analytics.
  • •Create positioning and pricing strategies for existing and new lab consumables portfolios.
  • •Lead development and commercialization of new lab consumables products, including business cases, product development ownership, pricing, onboarding, inventory strategy, and go-to-market execution.
  • •Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and strategic sourcing to achieve growth targets and develop supplier strategies and portfolio productivity/cost improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial, technical, portfolio, category, or product management role within laboratory or life science products.
  • •Experience identifying and developing business growth opportunities to deliver profitable growth.
  • •Ability to communicate with all organizational levels, including executive management, and with suppliers and customers.
  • •Ability to create and implement business plans and strategies, using economic and financial acumen to assess sales, margin, inventory investment, payment terms, ROCE, and EBITDA.
