Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform time administration for large populations of exempt/non-exempt and hourly employees, primarily in Oracle EBS.
  • •Audit time entries/time records prior to four payroll-closing deadlines per month and make corrections within time/pay guidelines or follow up as needed.
  • •Conduct payroll audits per payroll deadlines to ensure compliance with payroll policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager questions regarding time/pay policies and guidelines, providing counsel on routine and complex time coding scenarios.
  • •Act as liaison between employees, HR, and Corporate Payroll to resolve payroll/time matters while maintaining confidential information.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • •Demonstrated ability to analyze data and problem-solve/troubleshoot issues.
