Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise daily last-mile delivery operations, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.
  • •Manage drivers and delivery helpers, including scheduling, performance monitoring, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
  • •Plan and allocate delivery routes, vehicles, and resources to maximize operational efficiency and service levels.
  • •Oversee fleet utilization, vehicle maintenance, documentation, and operational readiness.
  • •Monitor delivery KPIs and prepare operational reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution operations, including team supervision.
  • •Experience in FMCG, food distribution, retail, or pharmaceutical logistics preferred.
  • •Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • •Flexible to support operational requirements beyond regular working hours when required.
