Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with marketing and learning teams to understand how content is created and where friction exists, including AI experiments already being tried.
  • •Own the AI content operations product roadmap—deciding what to build, buy, and stop.
  • •Ship AI-powered tools that shorten the path from idea to published content (e.g., metadata generation, doc-to-CMS conversion, review/quality checks, research assistants, asset generation).
  • •Build functional prototypes to validate ideas and sharpen requirements before full engineering investment.
  • •Drive adoption by ensuring tools change daily workflows, and partner with the Sanity platform investment as tools surface in the CMS stack.

Key Requirements

  • •Background in content management and content operations, including content calendars, brief-to-publish workflows, review/approval, SEO, localization, and asset management.
  • •Strong opinions about where AI fits in real workflows and the ability to refine those opinions as you learn from teams closest to the work.
  • •Deep familiarity with headless CMS architecture; Sanity experience is a strong plus.
  • •Comfort building prototypes independently using Node.js and TypeScript, including functional web apps end-to-end.
  • •Experience evaluating, prompting, and integrating LLMs into workflows using AI development tools and model APIs (not just chat experimentation).
