Key Responsibilities

  • •Review production schedules and complete shift pass-over communications before starting operations.
  • •Operate and maintain case-packing equipment and conveyors to meet production requirements.
  • •Monitor packaging operations and perform quality checks on case seals, coding, weights, product flow, and rejected product.
  • •Clear jams and equipment interruptions while minimizing downtime and maintaining safe operating practices.
  • •Complete changeovers, sanitation, end-of-run cleanup, and accurately record inventory and production/quality information.

Key Requirements
