Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex water and wastewater estimating and constructability efforts using company estimating systems, terminology, and processes.
  • •Develop Estimate Plans, Basis of Estimate, work breakdown structures, crew build-ups, and production rate determinations.
  • •Lead project team estimate reviews, evaluate scope and execution plans, and prepare information for executive review presentations.
  • •Collect, analyze, and archive project data; perform estimate comparisons using historical performance and market benchmarks.
  • •Supervise junior staff by setting goals and expectations, documenting performance issues and achievements, and identifying/developing talent.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related field plus 6 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Extensive experience leading complex estimating and constructability efforts in water and wastewater.
  • •Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to clients, executive leadership, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Exposure to complex, multidisciplinary project environments in the water and wastewater sector.
  • •Experience managing schedule with minimum supervision and independently performing primary estimating and constructability elements.
