Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, accept, locate, store, and manage samples, completing required documentation and Dangerous Goods security assessments (IATA, ADR, IMDG, DfT).
  • •Prepare, label, pack, dispatch, and ship goods with correct documentation aligned to IATA, ADR, IMDG, GMP, GLP, and SHE standards.
  • •Maintain continuous focus on improving Dangerous Goods compliance and ensure operational activities follow schedules, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Reconcile, complete, log, and file complex documentation while supporting audits and regulatory inspections with documentation, explanations, and facility tours.
  • •Resolve or escalate complex customer queries and coordinate operational workloads, balancing capacity and supporting training for new staff.

Key Requirements

  • •A scientific degree or proof of multiple years of laboratory work experience in a specialised scientific discipline or regulated environment.
  • •Experience shipping Dangerous Goods in line with IATA, ADR, and IMDG regulations (beneficial).
  • •Knowledge of IATA, ADR, and IMDG and Known Consignor Regulations.
  • •Knowledge and understanding of GMP/GLP systems.
  • •Lean/Six Sigma knowledge or experience is an advantage.
