The MSP Sr. Developer leads a small team to own and operate AWS-based client environments within a Managed Services setup. You’ll handle incident response, change management, and infrastructure improvements, mentor junior developers, and contribute to best-practice documentation and tooling while ensuring SLA-driven, reliable production systems across multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of 3–4 developers, coordinating with MSP project/service managers and Technical Account Managers.
•Own and operate incident response, change management, and ongoing infrastructure enhancements for client AWS environments.
•Collaborate with clients on roadmap planning and translate business needs into actionable backlog items for the MSP team.
•Mentor junior developers on technical skills and the discipline required for managed services (documentation, runbooks, SLA awareness).
•Contribute to Best Practice Documentation and internal tooling standards across the organization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of development experience with a strong, recent focus on Node.js/TypeScript and AWS services.
•Demonstrated expert knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, RDS, Redshift, VPC, etc.).
•Experience operating in a managed services/ITSM environment with SLAs, incident management, and change control.
•Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to documentation, runbooks, and playbooks.
