Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of 3–4 developers, coordinating with MSP project/service managers and Technical Account Managers.
  • •Own and operate incident response, change management, and ongoing infrastructure enhancements for client AWS environments.
  • •Collaborate with clients on roadmap planning and translate business needs into actionable backlog items for the MSP team.
  • •Mentor junior developers on technical skills and the discipline required for managed services (documentation, runbooks, SLA awareness).
  • •Contribute to Best Practice Documentation and internal tooling standards across the organization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of development experience with a strong, recent focus on Node.js/TypeScript and AWS services.
  • •Demonstrated expert knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, RDS, Redshift, VPC, etc.).
  • •Experience operating in a managed services/ITSM environment with SLAs, incident management, and change control.
  • •Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to documentation, runbooks, and playbooks.
