AI Enablement Engineer (Senior / Staff)

Build and scale AI-powered workflows across engineering, operations, clinical, data, and finance. You’ll prototype and productionize bespoke agents and internal tools, create reusable templates, prompt/skill libraries, and evaluation frameworks, and establish safe deployment patterns. Partner with SRE, IT, Security, Legal, and clinical teams to implement PHI-safe guardrails and measure adoption, productivity, and quality improvements—while also teaching teams through office hours and hands-on sessions.
