  • •Embed with teams to understand workflows, identify high-leverage AI use cases, and translate needs into technical solutions.
  • •Build bespoke agents, background workflows, internal tools, automations, and reusable playbooks/templates/libraries.
  • •Implement evaluation frameworks and benchmarks, and establish safe, repeatable deployment patterns with PHI-safe guardrails.

Key Requirements

  • •Build production-quality software using Python or TypeScript (or similar languages).
  • •Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI assistants, including agents, tool calling, structured outputs, and RAG.
  • •Experience building internal tools and automations, agentic systems, and AI-enabled applications.
  • •Design evaluations/benchmarks/QA processes for AI workflows or software systems.
