Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan Print Consumer Care Pack portfolios across the full lifecycle, ensuring alignment with pricing strategy and end-to-end service delivery and sales readiness.
  • •Set up and maintain Care Pack SKUs in HP systems and tools for all HW print consumer products.
  • •Collaborate across regions and worldwide teams to develop and implement new or enhanced services, solutions, and programs to meet customer/market needs.
  • •Conduct business analysis to identify root causes and develop recommendations to drive business improvements.
  • •Represent services on product/solution core teams and provide service requirements across product development stages, including warranty support, cost analysis, and marketing content/collateral.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year/graduate degree in Business Administration or related discipline, or commensurate work experience.
