Job Summary

Own day-to-day operations for Pandora’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, including uploading, organizing, enriching, and governing digital assets. Define and maintain metadata, taxonomy, and governance standards so content is consistent and easy to find. Serve as the go-to DAM/MRM expert, support rollout and user onboarding for new Marketing Resource Management (MRM) capabilities, and provide global user and agency support while improving workflows in collaboration with Product Owners and MarTech teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the upload, organization, and enrichment of digital assets within the DAM platform to keep content accurate, complete, and easy to find.
•Define, maintain, and continuously improve metadata and taxonomy governance to support discoverability and consistency.
•Act as the go-to expert for DAM and MRM, driving best practices and helping stakeholders get value from the platform.
•Support rollout activities for new Marketing Resource Management (MRM) capabilities, including user onboarding and operational support.
•Provide day-to-day support to DAM and MRM users across global markets and external agencies, resolving queries and promoting best practices.

Key Requirements

•Experience working with a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.
•Strong understanding of DAM principles including metadata, taxonomy, governance, and content lifecycle management.
•Experience defining, maintaining, and governing metadata structures and asset taxonomies.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
•Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, plus ability to manage multiple priorities and support stakeholders.
