Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of security technology projects across multiple APAC locations.
  • •Manage planning, approvals, execution, testing, and final handover to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • •Prepare and present project documentation (business cases, risk assessments, implementation plans) and navigate governance/compliance processes.
  • •Oversee security systems deployment and integration, including access control, CCTV/video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
  • •Manage regional vendors and integrators, track milestones and deliverables, resolve issues/escalations, and coordinate phased rollouts and transitions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years’ experience in a Project Manager or similar delivery role.
  • •Strong working knowledge of project management and delivery practices.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • •Background in project, construction, facilities, or technology environments (preferred).
  • •Experience working in corporate office or multi-site environments (advantage).
