Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure successful asset product disbursals of the Mobile Sales Force channel for corporate/employee banking needs.
  • •Provide back-end support to Branch RMs for e-2-e sourcing to disbursal of asset product applications.
  • •Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Credit Risk Unit, Counterparty Credit Risk, India Management) and external parties to support applications.
  • •Monitor application status and maintain operational effectiveness (e.g., discrepancy rates and fraud control).
  • •Execute AML and sanctions processes: training, due diligence, unusual activity awareness/reporting, and support for FCC AML investigations.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate/Post Graduate (Masters) or MBA with two to five years’ work experience.
  • •Provide back-end support to enable asset product sourcing-to-disbursal in an e-2-e process.
  • •Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders including risk, legal, builders, and societies.
  • •Demonstrate understanding of AML and sanctions requirements, including PEP acceptance, CDD/EDD, and required reporting.
  • •Complete required AML and sanctions training within mandated timeframes.
