Digital Solutions Delivery Manager

Lead and oversee Honeywell’s field service delivery team to ensure efficient, timely service and improved customer satisfaction. Manage scheduling and performance by assigning field service technicians, tracking metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Provide technical guidance to technicians and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Report to the North America Director of Digital Solutions while working on a remote schedule and supporting regional targets tied to Honeywell Forge.
