Job Summary

Build and scale analytics for GTM business health, turning complex data into executive-ready insights through QBRs, performance and ROI analysis, and pipeline/conversion optimization. Partner with GTM leadership across international markets (EMEA and beyond), bridging business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. Maintain and extend SQL/dbt/Snowflake models, improve data quality and governance, and help enable AI self-service (semantic models, text-to-SQL, Cortex Analyst).

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with GTM leadership to align analytics initiatives with global business objectives and drive QBRs and investment decisions.
•Influence business outcomes by analyzing pipeline generation, conversion optimization, and campaign ROI, communicating findings clearly to executives.
•Translate business questions into scalable analytical solutions by collaborating with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Strategy teams.
•Maintain and extend GTM reporting foundations by working with SQL/dbt/Snowflake models, and debugging or improving models when needed.
•Enable AI self-service and governance by supporting natural-language analytics interfaces and ensuring data quality through automated testing and reconciliation.

Key Requirements

•6+ years in Analytics/BI in large-cap tech or high-growth SaaS, with advanced SQL, hands-on dbt, and strong Python skills for data transformation and analysis.
•Proven track record partnering with GTM leadership to drive strategic decisions around pipeline, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
•Experience building AI-driven analytics workflows, including semantic models and text-to-SQL (e.g., Cortex Analyst), using Python and frameworks like Streamlit.
•Experience with B2B GTM stacks such as Salesforce and Marketo/Eloqua/HubSpot, plus familiarity with data pipeline ecosystems like Airflow and dbt.
•Comfort presenting to and advising VP+ stakeholders, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
