Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise personnel and production activities for assigned manufacturing function(s).
  • •Plan and coordinate manufacturing or support schedules to meet customer requirements and quality/timeliness commitments.
  • •Manage unit operations and resources (personnel, materials, equipment) within defined operational cost expectations.
  • •Drive daily cross-functional communication, solve production issues, and implement improvements including 5S duties and safe operations.
  • •Lead employee assessment, selection, training, coaching, and development; investigate and resolve quality issues with the quality control team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 126,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (from an accredited institution).
  • •1+ year of manufacturing leadership experience.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the Greenwood, SC work location will be considered (Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt).
  • •No relocation benefit is offered for this position.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business; Green Belt certification preferred.
