Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent the company onsite at Airbus FAL and Delivery Centres during aircraft production, testing, acceptance, and delivery.
  • •Conduct technical inspections of A320 family aircraft across assembly and delivery phases and track issues to closure.
  • •Review, assess, negotiate, and manage production concessions/deviations to ensure contractual, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Coordinate internal evaluations/approvals and maintain concession tracking logs for timely closure of outstanding actions.
  • •Liaise with Airbus and suppliers (including BFE representatives), monitor vendor performance and delivery progress, and provide status reports to management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, or a related aviation discipline.
  • •5–8 years of aviation maintenance or aircraft delivery experience.
  • •3 years of experience on Airbus A320neo family aircraft (with LEAP engine).
  • •Valid Aircraft Maintenance License (EASA Part-66, ICAO equivalent, or national authority license) preferred.
  • •Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office and aviation maintenance systems, with strong technical inspection, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
